In the heart of the pastoral Bavli neighborhood, the Yuvalim group plans to vacate 38 units and construct about 96 new units as part of two Urban Renewal (“Tama”) demolition and construction projects on HaKneset HaGedola Street and HaMishna Street.

The Bavli neighborhood is situated in the northern part of Tel Aviv. It is primarily known for its old tenement buildings and is home to a long-term population, predominantly secular. The neighborhood has a diverse mix of residents in terms of age and family composition. The project will provide a combination of being close to the heart of Tel Aviv and the tranquility of a family home surrounded by green landscapes.

Additionally, it offers a modern, luxurious, and comfortable living environment. The complex is conveniently located near a variety of leisure options, including Yarkon Park, the Country Dekel sports club, Sportek, the Dekel commercial center, and many cafes. Additionally, the Bavli complex is situated close to major traffic routes such as Namir Road, Ayalon Highway, and HaHalacha Interchange.

The complex will consist of four buildings, each with 8 floors. The buildings will offer a range of housing options, including garden apartments, standard apartments of various sizes, and two floors dedicated to roof apartments. These roof apartments will feature advanced and modern specifications that are characteristic of the projects undertaken by the Yuvalim Group.
